Transparent Titanium Material Reports You Can Verify Anytime.

Material & Certification Center

We specialize exclusively in titanium body jewelry for professional use. Safety, consistency, and honesty are non-negotiable.
On this page, you can review our latest material certificates, testing reports, and compliance documents in image or PDF format, so you always know exactly what you are buying.

Why Our Material Certifications Matter

Choosing the right material is critical for safe body piercing and long-term wear. That is why we only use implant-grade titanium and make our certificates publicly available.

We do not mix materials or “hide” lower grades. Our titanium jewelry is designed for professional piercers, studios, and distributors who expect clear documentation and reliable quality every time.

By keeping this page updated with our latest certificates, we give you a simple way to:

  • Confirm that our titanium meets recognized implant-grade standards (ASTM F136 / ISO 5832-3).
  • Check that our materials are hypoallergenic and nickel-free.
  • Download reports and share them with your own customers, auditors, or platforms if needed.

SGS RoHS Test Report – Titanium Alloy (EU 2015/863)

This test report, issued by SGS for GTCC Jewelry, covers a titanium alloy sample used for our body jewelry production. The material was tested according to the EU RoHS Directive (EU) 2015/863 amending 2011/65/EU, focusing on restricted heavy metals such as lead (Pb), mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd), and hexavalent chromium (Cr(VI)). The sample passed all tested items within the specified limits.

Our Titanium Material Standards

Implant-Grade Titanium Only

We exclusively use titanium alloys suitable for surgical implants, such as Titanium 6Al-4V ELI, that meet:

  • ASTM F136 – Standard specification for implant-grade titanium
  • ISO 5832-3 – International standard for titanium alloy for surgical implants

This means the chemical composition, mechanical properties, and production quality are tightly controlled and verified by material experts.

Hypoallergenic & Nickel-Free

Nickel is one of the most common metal allergens. For body jewelry, nickel content matters. Our titanium materials are:

  • Nickel-free according to relevant testing reports
  • Designed for hypoallergenic performance
  • Suitable for customers who are sensitive to common jewelry metals like nickel or certain steel alloys

We do not make medical claims, but we do everything we can on the material side to support safe, comfortable wear. This is not medical advice. Consult a professional piercer.

Compliance Scope

Our certificates and reports may include, depending on the document:

  • Material composition reports from third-party labs (e.g. SGS)
  • RoHS and related compliance for restricted substances
  • Verification of heavy metal limits and other safety-relevant parameters

If you need clarification on what a specific document covers, please contact our support team with the report name or number.

How We Test and Verify Our Materials

Third-Party Laboratory Testing

To keep our quality transparent and trustworthy, we work with independent testing laboratories. Typical third-party testing includes:

  • Verifying the chemical composition of titanium raw materials
  • Confirming compliance with ASTM F136 / ISO 5832-3 standards
  • Checking for restricted or hazardous substances according to applicable regulations

Each time we receive new raw material or introduce a new line, we can arrange testing as needed and update this page with the latest reports.

In-House Quality Control

Beyond external labs, we maintain our own internal quality control process:

  • Batch tracking: Every lot of titanium is recorded with traceable batch information.
  • Incoming inspection: Raw materials are checked before entering production.
  • In-process checks: Our team monitors machining, polishing, and finishing steps.
  • Final inspection: Products are inspected again before packing and shipment.

Combining third-party lab tests with strict in-house QC helps ensure that the material you see on this page is the same material used in your jewelry.
