1. Our Responsibility – Wrong Items or Our Mistake

If an issue is caused by us, we will make it right.

We will offer either:

  • A full refund, or
  • A free replacement shipment

in the following cases:

  • Wrong items shipped (wrong model, size, color, or material)
  • Wrong quantities shipped
  • Manufacturing defects confirmed by our quality team

To process your claim, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem
  • A photo of the outer carton and the shipping label (if applicable)

We will review your case and confirm the solution (refund or replacement) as quickly as possible.

2. 30-Day Return Window (Customer’s Decision)

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order, under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and not inserted into the body
  • Items must be in their original condition, including:
    • Original individual bags or packaging
    • All labels, tags, and accessories
  • Items must be suitable for resale and not affected by secondary use

Important for body piercing jewelry (hygiene & safety):

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for any items that have been:

  • Opened and visibly worn or inserted into the body
  • Contaminated, damaged, or altered by the customer

unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or our shipping error.

Unless the return is caused by our mistake (see Section 1), the customer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or fees related to the return shipment

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending items back to us.

3. Damaged Parcels and Items in Transit

All merchandise leaves our warehouse in good condition and is carefully packed.

If the outer carton is damaged, opened, or re-sealed when the shipment arrives:

  1. Report it immediately to the courier at the time of delivery, and ask them to record the damage.
  2. Take clear photos of:
    • The outer carton (all visible damage)
    • The shipping label
    • The damaged items inside
  3. Keep the carton and all packing materials.
    The carton is required for us to file a claim with the shipping company.

Please then email the photos and your order details to us at team@gtccjewelry.com within 3–5 days of delivery.

If you do not keep the original carton and packing materials, we may be unable to compensate for any damaged items, because we cannot complete a damage claim with the carrier.

4. How to Start a Return or Claim

To start a return or damage/defect claim, please contact us at:

  • Email: team@gtccjewelry.com
  • Subject line: “Return Request – Order #[Order Number]”

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Company name and contact person
  • Reason for return or claim
  • Clear photos/videos (for wrong items, defects, or transit damage)

Our team will review your request and provide:

  • Return authorization and return address, or
  • Confirmation of refund/replacement (for our errors or damage cases)

Please do not send any parcels back without our prior confirmation, as they may be refused or delayed.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will:

  • Confirm whether the items meet our return conditions
  • Approve or reject the refund

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days (processing time may vary by bank or payment provider).
  • For orders where only part of the goods are returned, we will refund only the value of the returned items, minus any non-refundable shipping costs (unless the error is ours).

If the return does not meet our conditions (used items, missing parts, damaged packaging, etc.), we may:

  • Reject the refund, or
  • Offer a partial refund, depending on the condition of the goods.

6. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or a mistake on our side, the following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or special-order items (custom sizes, colors, logo engraving, OEM/ODM orders)
  • Clearance, final sale, or discontinued items
  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered by the customer
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories

Please confirm product details carefully before placing custom or bulk orders.

7. Policy Updates

GTCC Jewelry reserves the right to update or modify this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time.
The version published on Returns & Refunds Policy page at the time of your order will apply to that order.
